1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how BERRY GAMES YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Berry Games," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile games, apps, websites, and related services (together, the "Services").

Berry Games is the data controller for information processed for our own purposes. Some service providers process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Device and app information

Device model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, screen characteristics, network connection type, app installation identifiers, and diagnostic or crash information.

Advertising and device identifiers

Android Advertising ID (AAID), Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) when permission is granted, Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), app-set identifiers, and similar identifiers used for advertising, attribution, fraud prevention, analytics, and frequency control.

IP address and location

Internet Protocol (IP) address and an approximate country, region, or city inferred from the IP address. Our games do not request precise GPS location solely for advertising. If a future feature requires precise location, we will request platform permission and provide an appropriate notice before collection.

Gameplay and usage data

Game progress, sessions, levels, feature interactions, ad requests, ad impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion, purchases, errors, performance events, and other interactions with the Services.

Purchase information

Product identifiers, transaction confirmations, purchase status, and related receipt information supplied by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Information you provide

Email address, messages, screenshots, device details, and any other information you choose to provide when contacting player support or communicating with us.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Save progress, deliver features, rewards, and in-app purchases.
  • Measure performance, diagnose crashes, and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • Serve, personalize where permitted, limit, and measure advertising.
  • Attribute installs and understand marketing campaign performance.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

4. Advertising, consent, and attribution

Our ad-supported games use advertising mediation and consent-management services. Depending on the title, platform, app version, country, and configuration, we may use Google AdMob with Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), Appodeal and its consent-management technology, or another provider identified in this Policy. These providers and the advertising partners they make available may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, consent signals, and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law. Learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services in Google's partner-sites notice and learn more about Appodeal in the Appodeal Privacy Policy.

App versions do not reach every player at the same time. During a transition between releases, a currently installed version may continue to use Appodeal while a newer version uses Google AdMob mediation. We keep the disclosures for both mediation paths available for as long as either version may remain in use.

In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, our consent management platform presents choices before consent-dependent advertising processing. On iOS, access to IDFA is also controlled by Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. In applicable U.S. states, privacy choices may include opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Advertising partners available through mediation can change by app, platform, country, and configuration. These partners process information under their own privacy policies and the consent choices available to you.

Where InMobi participates in ad delivery, including through Appodeal or Google AdMob mediation, InMobi and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers when available, IP address, device, app and SDK information, consent or opt-out signals, and information about ad requests, impressions, clicks, and other interactions. This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, personalize ads where permitted, apply frequency controls, detect fraud, perform attribution and analytics, and operate or improve advertising services. For more information, see the InMobi Privacy Policy.

Where AppLovin participates in ad delivery in a Berry Games title, including when AppLovin demand is made available through a mediation platform, we work with AppLovin to deliver and measure ads. AppLovin and its advertising and measurement partners may collect, process, and share personal data for advertising purposes, including serving interest-based advertising where permitted, measuring advertising, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and improving their advertising services and technologies.

Depending on the device, app, permissions, and privacy choices, this data may include IP address, advertising identifiers when available, device and app information, installation and session information, consent or opt-out signals, and interactions with advertisements. Third-party measurement partners may also collect and process personal data as part of the IAB Tech Lab's Open Measurement Working Group to perform advertising measurement and related services.

For more information about AppLovin's collection and use of your information, visit the AppLovin Privacy Policy.

Where AppLovin participates, including through a mediation platform, we provide notice and, where required by law, obtain consent before consent-dependent data is collected, used, shared, or otherwise processed for advertising. We honor applicable in-app and device privacy choices, including choices that limit ad tracking, interest-based advertising, or the sale or sharing of personal information, and pass required signals to AppLovin. Residents of applicable U.S. states can learn more about AppLovin's practices and available choices in its U.S. Multistate Privacy Notice.

Where BIGO Ads participates in ad delivery, BIGO Ads, operated by Empathy Technology Pte. Ltd., and Berry Games each act as independent data controllers for the processing purposes they determine. BIGO Ads, its demand and advertiser partners, ad exchanges, service providers, and affiliates may process IP address, approximate location, advertising and device identifiers, device and app information, consent or tracking preferences, app events, and ad impressions, clicks, and other ad interactions.

This processing may be used to deliver, target, retarget, limit, and measure ads; provide interest-based, behavioral, cross-app, or cross-device advertising where permitted; perform user analysis or profiling; prevent fraud; maintain security; and improve advertising services. BIGO Ads and its partners may use SDKs, advertising identifiers, local storage, cookies, and similar technologies for these purposes. Information may be shared with the partner categories listed above and processed outside your country, including in Singapore, the United States, or other countries outside the EEA, subject to applicable transfer requirements. BIGO Ads states that it retains personal data for no more than two years, subject to the criteria and exceptions described in its policy.

Where required by law, we obtain consent before BIGO Ads and its partners perform consent-dependent advertising processing. We configure the integration to honor and pass applicable consent, withdrawal, objection, and opt-out signals. You can change these choices through the consent or privacy controls available in our apps and through your device's advertising or tracking settings. You may still receive contextual or less personalized advertising after opting out. For further information, rights-request options, and BIGO Ads' interest-based advertising opt-out guidance, see the BIGO Ads Privacy Policy.

Where Moloco participates in ad delivery through in-app bidding or a mediation platform, Moloco, Inc. and its affiliates may process advertising identifiers such as AAID or IDFA when available; IP address, network information, and approximate city- or country-level location; device, operating-system, app, installation, and session information; advertising and tracking preferences; and ad requests, impressions, clicks, and related interactions.

Moloco may use this information to tailor and serve ads, measure and optimize advertising performance, prevent fraud, apply frequency caps, operate and secure its services, perform analytics, and improve or develop advertising technologies, models, and profiles. Information may be disclosed to service providers, affiliates, mediation platforms, demand- and supply-side platforms, and other advertising services, and may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, subject to applicable safeguards.

Where required by law, we obtain or honor applicable consent and opt-out choices before consent-dependent Moloco processing and pass available privacy signals through the mediation and consent-management systems we use. Moloco participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework as vendor 807. You can change available choices through our in-app privacy controls and device advertising or tracking settings. For more information about Moloco's processing, retention criteria, international transfers, and privacy-rights mechanisms, see the Moloco Advertising Services Privacy Notice.

Where Digital Turbine's DT Exchange (formerly Fyber Marketplace or Fyber Monetization) participates in ad delivery, including through Google AdMob mediation, Digital Turbine and its demand partners may process IP address and non-precise location; advertising identifiers such as AAID or IDFA when available; device, network, operating-system, language, app, SDK, package, and version information; consent or opt-out signals; and information about ad requests, impressions, clicks, prior ad interactions, and SDK performance.

DT Exchange may use this information to deliver contextual or personalized ads where permitted; run ad auctions; measure, report, attribute, and optimize advertising performance; apply frequency caps; operate and secure its services; detect fraud or invalid traffic; and support brand safety. Information may be disclosed to demand partners, advertisers, service providers, and subprocessors and may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.

Where required by law, we obtain and pass applicable consent, refusal, withdrawal, and opt-out signals through the mediation and consent-management systems we use before consent-dependent DT Exchange processing. We do not enable optional precise-location, demographic, or first-party identifier features for DT Exchange without a separate consent and configuration review. For more information, see the DT Exchange Data Processing Terms and DT Exchange privacy and data-safety guidance.

5. Analytics and service providers

We use third-party providers to operate and understand the Services. These may include:

  • Google Firebase for analytics, remote configuration, crash reporting, and app diagnostics. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.
  • Tenjin for mobile attribution, campaign measurement, and marketing analytics. See the Tenjin Privacy Policy.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and platform services. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies.

6. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data based on one or more of the following: your consent; performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and improving the Services; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time through the available in-app or device privacy controls, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

7. When we share information

We may share information:

  • With service providers described in this Policy.
  • With advertising and attribution partners subject to your consent and applicable privacy choices.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect users, the public, our Services, or our rights.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing." Where applicable, you can exercise opt-out rights using available consent, privacy, or device advertising controls.

8. Retention and international transfers

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including support, analytics, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we and our providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent or appeal a privacy-request decision. You may also:

  • Use the consent and privacy controls presented in our apps.
  • Change advertising or tracking permissions in device settings.
  • Reset or delete the Android Advertising ID.
  • Disable IDFA access through iOS privacy settings.
  • Contact us to request access, deletion, or other privacy rights.

We may need to verify your request. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

10. Data deletion requests

This process applies to Berry Mahjong and the other mobile games and apps published by Berry Games (BERRY GAMES YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ). Our current titles do not provide Berry Games player accounts, so this is a request to delete data associated with your use of a title, not a request to delete an app account.

To request deletion, email support@berrygames.com.tr with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include only the information reasonably needed to locate the relevant data: the app name, platform (Android or iOS), and a device, player, or support identifier if one is available in the app or an earlier support conversation. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, or unrelated sensitive information.

We may reply to request limited additional information to verify that the requester is connected to the data and to identify the records covered by the request. After verification, we delete or anonymize Berry-controlled support records, analytics records, and app or device identifiers that we can reasonably link to the verified request. We confirm completion by email or explain if we cannot identify responsive data.

Data held by third-party providers, including app stores, analytics, attribution, and advertising providers, is also subject to each provider's privacy policy and rights-request mechanism. Where provider tools available to us allow us to action a verified request, we will use them; in other cases, we will identify the relevant provider mechanism when reasonably possible.

We may retain limited records where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or transaction and accounting obligations. Any retained information is restricted to the applicable purpose and kept only for as long as reasonably necessary or required by law. We will tell the requester if a verified request is completed in part because specific information must be retained.

11. Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law for consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Berry Mahjong's declared target audience on Google Play is adults aged 18 and over, and the title is not designated as Made for Kids on Apple platforms. Current Berry Games releases that include AppLovin demand, whether directly or through a mediation platform, are offered as non-child-directed titles. AppLovin's publisher policies prohibit use of its services in connection with children and properties exclusively designed for or directed to children. Any change to a title's audience, age-related store declarations, or child-directed status requires a new compliance and technical review before AppLovin demand is used for that audience.

Current Berry Games releases that may use BIGO Ads are likewise offered only as non-child-directed titles. BIGO Ads does not permit its SDK in an app that is primarily directed to children under 13. A mixed-audience app requires appropriate age-related configuration and child-directed flags. We will not enable BIGO Ads for a child-directed or mixed audience without a new audience, consent, store-declaration, and technical compliance review.

Berry Mahjong's intended use of Moloco is likewise limited to its declared adult, non-child-directed audience. We will not enable Moloco for a child-directed or mixed-audience configuration without a fresh audience, consent, store-declaration, COPPA, and technical compliance review and the transmission of any privacy signals required for that configuration.

Berry Mahjong's intended DT Exchange configuration is likewise limited to its declared adult, non-child-directed audience. We will not enable DT Exchange for a child-directed or mixed-audience configuration without a fresh audience, consent, store-declaration, COPPA, and technical compliance review and the correct DT Exchange and Google child-directed and privacy signals for that configuration.

InMobi is likewise used only in Berry Games titles and configurations declared as non-child-directed. We will not enable InMobi for a child-directed or mixed-audience configuration without a fresh audience, consent, store-declaration, COPPA, and technical compliance review and any age-related or privacy signals required for that configuration.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, providers, or legal obligations. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
