Delete your cloud save account

Berry Mahjong: Tile Match by Berry Games (BERRY GAMES YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ) backs up your game progress with a cloud save account that is linked to your Apple Game Center or Google Play Games player. You can delete this account and everything stored with it at any time.

In the game

  1. Open Berry Mahjong: Tile Match.
  2. Tap Settings, then Cloud Save.
  3. Tap Delete cloud data and confirm with DELETE.

The account and the cloud save are deleted right away. The progress on your device stays, and nothing is backed up again unless you tap BACK UP NOW.

Without the game

Email support@berrygames.com.tr with the subject Account Deletion Request – Berry Mahjong. Include your platform (Android or iOS) and, if you have it, the Player Code shown on the Cloud Save screen. Do not send passwords or payment details. We may ask for limited information to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your cloud save account (Firebase Authentication) and its link to your Game Center or Google Play Games player identifier.
  • Every saved copy of your progress on our servers: the current save and all earlier versions, including a save kept after you chose another one when restoring.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Server logs that refer to the account only by a keyed hash of its identifier (never your progress); they expire within 30 days.
  • Your Game Center or Google Play Games account itself is managed by Apple or Google and is not affected.
  • Analytics, advertising, and support data are covered by our data deletion process in the Privacy Policy.
